The Attorney General is required to maintain a directory of all tobacco product manufacturers and brand families of such tobacco product manufacturers that conform to the requirements of K.S.A. 50-6a01 et seq., and a directory of all certified cigarettes under K.S.A. 31-601 et seq.
The manufacturers, brand families and styles of cigarettes and RYO tobacco listed in these directories are legal for sale in Kansas. All other manufacturers, brand families and styles are not legal for sale in Kansas.
