Pursuant to K.S.A. 21-6423, engaging in a door-to-door sale while prohibited from door-to-door sales in violation of a Consumer Protection Order entered under the Consumer Protection Act, K.S.A. 50-623 et seq., is a Severity Level 9 Person Felony.
Posting of the order or judgment prohibiting an individual or entity from engaging in door-to-door sales shall constitute constructive notice of the existence of a temporary or permanent order or judgment, pursuant to K.S.A. 21-6423.
