UPDATE: AG Derek Schmidt releases report on Colorado marijuana in Kansas

TOPEKA – (October 18, 2016) – Nine additional survey responses from county and district attorney offices that were not included in the October 10 report titled “Legalization” of Marijuana in Colorado: The Impact on Kansas are now available. This brings to 79 the number of prosecutors’ offices that responded. The online report has been updated to reflect this total number, and these responses have been added to the published data. The nine additional county prosecutor responses are from Ford, Grant, Haskell, Marion, Neosho, Seward, Shawnee, Sumner and Wabaunsee counties.

An updated copy of the report and responses from law enforcement agencies and prosecutors’ offices are available at www.ag.ks.gov/survey-results.
