Kansas Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) is a service provided through the collaboration of the Kansas Department of Labor, the Office of the Attorney General and the Kansas Sheriffs' Association. The VINE system allows victims of crime to use the telephone or Internet to search for information regarding the custody status of their offender and to register to receive telephone and email notification when the offender's custody status changes.
To see which counties are currently active in Kansas, view the map below, or go to the website below and select Kansas. Select Find an Offender and then select Open Advanced Search. Under the Facility Name box select the drop down menu to show what counties are now active on VINE. This will update each month with new counties as they are activated.
The VINE toll-free number is (866) 574-8463.
